ORDERING

Can I order by phone?
We do not take orders over the phone. Click here to shop our online store. 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. 

Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can accommodate modifications to the shipping address. If your order has been shipped, we would need to contact our shipping carriers directly for assistance. We cannot guarantee accommodations due to logistical constraints. 

How can I cancel my order?
Please contact customer service for further assistance. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to cancel your order. If your order has been shipped, we require 5-7 business days to process returns and refunds.

I'm missing items from my order
We apologize for the inconvenience of any missing items. Please contact customer service for us to ship out any missing items or to request a refund.

Items are damaged from my order
We strive to pack and ship all orders with proper padding to prevent any damages. Please contact customer service for further assistance. 

Items received are expired
While we periodically check our inventory to ensure proper shelf life, we may miss the mark from time to time. We apologize for our negligence, and will provide a full refund or replacement for any items that are expired.

PAYMENT

Can a refund be issued to a different payment method?
Unfortunately we are only able to issue a refund to the original payment method.

Why is there more than one charge from my credit/debit card?
A temporary hold may be placed by the bank, even if the order has not been placed properly. This will show as a pending charge on the bank statement, but will be reversed within 3-4 business days. 

Can I use multiple promo codes together?
We only accept 1 promo code at a time per order. We will apply the highest discount promo code that is entered.

SHIPPING

Does my order require a signature?
No, we do not require a signature for items shipped. 

I never received my order
Please contact customer service for further assistance. We will contact the shipping carrier on your behalf to begin an investigation on whether the package was stolen, lost in transit, or damaged. Please allow our shipping partners up to 7 business days to complete a thorough investigation.

My package arrived damaged
